Our Process
This is how we partner with you to deliver a successful project. Our process is tried and tested to deliver exceptional results and satisfied Clients. We look forward to working with you too.
1. Project Consultation
Up to 45min
One of our Project Consultants will schedule 45min with you on a Video Call or at our Showhome to go through the details of your project.
We’ll discuss your requirements, specific needs, finance and possibilities for the project.
We’ll also look at things like, Site Address, Building Location, Service Locations, Site Features and more…
2. Project Proposal
Once the Project Consultation is complete, our team will prepare the Proposal, taking into consideration things like transport routes, site contours, customisation selections.
This proposal will give you a comprehensive project budget that you can take to the bank for finance, if required.
3. Design & Consents
By now you will have an overall picture of how the project is going to come together, and we can begin Site Design and Site Consent processing, with your local council.
Our qualified designers, will draft plans, collate reports and submit these to council on your behalf.
While your Design and Consents are being obtained we draft up a fixed-price Construction Contract for your signing.
4. Factory Build
While the Site Design and Consents are being obtained, we can start producing your Modspace® Home in our factory!
We have Quality Assurance (QA) checks and inspections taking place throughout the build, and you are welcome to come and view your build by appointment.
5. Site Work & Preparation
Parallel to the Factory Build taking place, the Site will begin to be prepared and Foundations installed.
With weekly project review meetings, we will ensure that the Site Work and the Factory build are on schedule to suit the Delivery Day!
6. Delivery
Finally the day has arrived! Your new Modspace® Home is going to arrive on a truck and be craned onto the Foundations.
Depending on the site, we may use a HIAB or Mobile Crane.
The project is nearing completion and you’ll soon be able to enjoy the new space…
7. Completion & Handover
Now we just need to finish the Site Works and we’ve reached Practical Completion, you are ready to move into your new Home!
The Council will be able to inspect the on-site work and give you a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC).
It is important you get this as it is not only a legal requirement, but also having a new, quality-built Modspace® Home that is compliant will add great value to your property.
