We are expert manufacturers of modular transportable homes and buildings.

The Modspace Name

Modspace® was developed as a name for our offsite manufactured products. While Site Scope was predominantly a Project Management and Design company to start off with, Andrew’s creative mind and challenging of the status quo led us to develop efficient solutions to overcome common pain-points in the industry.

Today, Modspace® focuses on the design & manufacture of transportable, modular and prefabricated homes and buildings. We have several ranges of transportable products and solutions to suit many different applications.

We blend decades of expertise with modern construction, crafting transportable homes and buildings with unrivalled precision and quality that is second-to-none.
