Once your contract is signed, the typical timeline is 12 to 18 weeks through to delivery. Factory build time from first cut to delivery-ready is 3 to 5 weeks. For larger orders, we manufacture units simultaneously on our production line, so a multi-cabin order doesn’t mean a proportionally longer wait.
We deliver across the North Island. For larger commercial projects involving multiple units, we’ll also consider shipping to the South Island. Get in touch, and we’ll give you a straight answer for your specific location.
No. Your cabins are built entirely in our Kerikeri factory. On-site work is limited to foundations, utility connections, and the delivery and placement of the finished units. Your park keeps operating normally throughout the build.
