Once your contract is signed, the typical timeline is 12 to 18 weeks through to delivery. Factory build time from first cut to delivery-ready is 3 to 5 weeks. For larger orders, we manufacture units simultaneously on our production line, so a multi-cabin order doesn’t mean a proportionally longer wait.
Do you deliver outside of Northland and Auckland?
Will my park be disrupted during the build?
No. Your cabins are built entirely in our Kerikeri factory. On-site work is limited to foundations, utility connections, and the delivery and placement of the finished units. Your park keeps operating normally throughout the build.
